Yalçın Madenci was born in Istanbul in 1977. He graduated from Sakarya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. He began his career at Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. in 1999 and has spent his entire career at our Bank, holding the positions of Specialist, Senior Specialist, Director, Commercial Branch Manager and Department Head. As of June 11, 2019, Madenci served as Deputy General Manager in charge of Corporate and Commercial Marketing at Türkiye Halk Bankası. Madenci has been serving as Deputy General Manager in charge of Credit Allocation and Management at our bank since May 8, 2026.
