Mehmet Akif DEDE was born in Malatya in 1977. He graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration. He completed his master’s degree at Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Economics. He previously served as an Individual Portfolio Manager at Family Finans Kurumu and as a Branch Manager at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. Joining the Halkbank family in 2017, Dede has held various positions including Department Manager, Branch Manager, Department Head, and Regional Coordinator. As of May 8, 2026, he has been serving as Acting Deputy General Manager in charge of Corporate and Commercial Marketing.
