Halil İbrahim Yıldız was born in Akdağmadeni in 1979. He graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration in 2004. In 2022, he completed his master’s degree in Islamic Economics and Finance at Istanbul Medeniyet University. Yıldız embarked on his banking career in 2006 as an Assistant Inspector at Türkiye Halk Bankası AŞ. He subsequently held the positions of Inspector, Senior Inspector, Department Manager, Branch Manager, and Department Head. As of June 24, 2026, Yıldız has been serving as Acting Head of the Human and Culture Group.
