Nuray Serdaroğlu Erbil was born in Ordu in 1976. She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. She began her career in 2002 as an Assistant State Revenue Specialist at the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Revenues. Between 2002 and 2015, she served as a Specialist at the Revenue Administration and the General Directorate of Revenue Policies. She was appointed Department Head at the General Directorate of Revenue Policies in June 2015 and later served as Group Head at the Revenue Administration starting in October 2019. After serving as the General Manager for Risk Analysis at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance between September 2023 and December 2025, she began serving as the Vice President of the Revenue Administration in December 2025. Nuray Serdaroğlu Erbil has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. since April 9, 2026.
